Hi Mindmadness, The Skeezyks is right! The only way to stop is stop.

I don't say this lightly because and habitual behaviour is hard to stop but no one else can stop for you.

Is there any way you could take a break for a few days where you don't go online at all? That could give you a head start.

You might find this link helpful. It's on a site to help people who self harm, but I think the principle would apply to your behaviour as well. Both are "addictive" or compulsive habits.
