Right I agree. Why is it hearing from others positive things, like ease up, sounds great and I know it's true... but then something clicks in my head and don't? Seems so easy or make life easier and then snap back to toxic thinking. I'm a work in progress and have believed in God since I was young. I felt for you the other day and just joined wanted to reach out and give you a big hug.
