T's business cards say she charges $30 for appointments cancelled without 48 hours notice. However, if somebody is sick she wants them to stay home and not make her sick. So she doesn't charge. I have had a couple of times that something came up with one of my kid's she said she would never charge me for these because she knows how important my kids are and they come first (her words). She does try to reschedule if at all possible. There have been a couple of times I totally forgot about my appointment or thought it was a later time because of a change from our normal time. She hasn't charged me. When I asked about the $30 fee she said she only charges if a person misses appointments without notice frequently. In 8 years, I have missed without 48 hours notice about 6 times.
