Also, is he manic when he's released from the hospital? I couldn't really tell in all honesty.

Yah I know he was mouthing them and sticking out his tongue but doubt he could have gotten away with spitting them on floor like that for that long.
Not to mention he complains about effects of certain meds to Tiffany so he must have tried them for a while
He doesn't really seem manic to me at beginning
And blaming bipolar for being upset at catching his wife having sex with other man is not fair some how
