That's a hard question to answer for me. Stress coupled with lack of sleep usually leads to depression or mixed for me. Largely because if I'm stressed, it's over something I blame myself for.
I tend to get hypo if I start to have energy because then I start making insane goals for myself. Lack of sleep does come into play because I think not sleeping will give me more time to work on those goals. But I'm not really sure that answers your question.
