I get the scrolling ones sometimes. Most notably on Doc John's blog. Sometimes on the index for the forums. If you accidentally hover your cursor over the ads then they kind of enlarge themselves on the screen (not a popup) so that you get even more 'information' or 'misinformation' or whatever about whatever medication they are trying to market now...
