My appointments were ok. I'm so scared of taking new meds after the disaster that happened with geodon. My doctor upped my lamictal (again) and we are keeping a close tab on my moods. I'm perhaps unwisely under medicating, but I like that my doc let's me be at the wheel.

My therapist was worried about how hopeless I've been feeling. He made some good suggestions and hopefully things will get easier. [emoji51]
