Interesting topic. I don't have BPD and my PDNOS probably looks more like NPD and my original (I think) OCPD than BPD. Most of my BPD-like emotion is mostly internal, I think. Somebody else might see something differently.
Is it OK if I read and maybe post here, anyway? My experience has been that most psychologists don't know a lot about how to help people with PD-like symptoms. It's great that you have become symptom free after therapy.
I'm about to quit therapy after 6 and a half years with the same therapist. Much better than when I started although I now believe -- and have the sense of self-integrity to see that? -- my symptoms got much worse by botched (traumatic or retraumatic) therapy years ago, before I was diagnosed with or treated for a PD. That's probably not relevant to the here and now, of course, just saying. . .
