I'm not sure I would say 'fishing for more ways to feel bad about yourself' is an accurate statement when referring to me. I'm also not very selfpitying. I suppose I can understand where you are coming from, but I assure you I don't have self-esteem issues. I like to be self aware and I recognize both my faults and strengths. These things don't particularly make me feel negatively about myself although I am a generally pessimistic person. However once disregarding my positive attributes the things I wrote in my first post actually concern me. They are annoying and seriously effect my daily life. I would like to overcome them. Especially the ones where I harm myself. While I do not resort to cutting what I am doing is unhealthy and I recognize that. I was seeking alternatives but so far they seem ineffective. However, your input was nice. I also thank you for praising my writing ability since that is a hobby of mine. Although I am aware that my use of commas are atrocious.
