Summer homework? Sounds evilish. The teachers here give "advice" like visit the library and read read read cuz readers are leaders, Yay! But they don't assign anything. Being "that" mom I use to intertwine school work with games those days are long gone. Heavy protest took over and I decided I wanted them to have a mental break. So I gave up. Now video games and Netflix take full reign and they become boring kids! Ugh! They are connected with friends so they play together. So long get togethers with friends they do it online. Boring for me fun for them. Although we raced to the library today cuz he had to get back to play. Yikes! Maybe homework would provide a good break. Or is it excessive and on grade level?
