It seems to require a voice. Do you have to do advertisements on the newsletter? Can you start with something like that where it's someone else's job to produce and word the content? I would have to break it into pieces. For the first one, go with the same format the older people used and fill it in with your own text, maybe? They can't expect too much on the first week of newslettering!!! You can get used to it. The first week is a practice run!!
