How do you feel about seeing your T again after vacation? How does the first session (and the next few sessions) go? How do you feel after session?

If you feel disconnected, how long does it take for the feelings of connection to return? Has anyone quit when a T has returned?

I just saw my T today after a 2 week vacation and the session was awkward, and uncomfortable, like I was under a microscope. I left feeling embarrassed and depressed. I spent the rest of the day in bed, not doing anything. My T seemed a bit disappointed and confused that I had lost the feeling of connection while she was away.
