I keep seeing shadows out of the corner of my eyes, too. I don't think it's anything to worry too much about. My pdoc also dismissed my "noisy thoughts" that were kind of similar to hearing voices in my thoughts. He acted like it was no big deal. I'd rather it be no big deal than be a big deal.
