I have been pretty stable lately on my new cocktail, except for obsessive thoughts and occasional anxiety.

However, I've started getting less sleep (not from being hypomanic, but due to work schedule and bad habits in the evening), averaging 6 hours of sleep a night. Now I've become pretty hypomanic (sometimes mixed states).

I see my pdoc tomorrow. I am going to tell him about the hypomania and obsessive thoughts so he can adjust my meds if need be. Do I need to tell him about the lack of sleep, too (is it enough of a difference to matter?), or just adjust my sleep habits on my own along with possible med changes?
