I cut down on caffeine, and it has made a difference. If I'm hypo/manic, caffeine only makes it worst. Sleep was getting impossible. I used to drink Red Bull regularly, but now I only drink it occasionally and avoid it at all costs if feeling even the slightest signs of hypomania.
