Went to my group and individual therapy, that went well, I actually had stuff to talk about in my therapy session. Still have really bad nausea, idk what really is causing it, I suspect the Geodon, but it could also be Abilify withdrawals too, or a stomach bug, who knows, but wasn't able to eat anything today. Idk I hope it goes away soon though... But other than that it wasn't a bad day overall, it rained a little so I was happy.
