Hello all!

I am on SSDI and started to work on August 4th. I am a 1099 employee which is self-employment. Currently, I am going through my trial work period where there is no limit to what I can make and remain on dusability. However, after that period, I need to work below $1130 a month. I think I can remain this way indefinitely. Is this true? Is there anyone who has worked below $1130 a month for several years and have renained on disability? Also since I am self-employed, there is supposed to be an additional limitation of 80 hours a month. How important is this limitation? Is the limit on earned income more important, the $1130 a month? Has anyone had trouble with this?

I am not looking for legal advice. I am looking for information on other people's experiences with the system.

Thanks!
