And I will add: if you go the supplement route, consider talking to an herbal specialist or medical practitioner with experience in them. that will you a much better shot of developing a plan of specific types and dosages of the supplements which will improve your chance of success.

Exercise is also shown to be an effective method of treating anxiety and depression
