I am 22yrs old, and have been purging my food for a few yrs, but I eat healthy and maintain a normal body weight most of the time... I don't binge eat or anything, but I do skip meals from time to time and have picked up some habits that are anorexic in nature..
I don't know if i should just keep quiet or tell some one I'm afraid I'm going to disappoint my family and friends if i do tell.. What is a girl to do?
