i've done this actually.
i usually write down my feelings like a note, feel a whole lot better for actually writing it in the first place, then tear it up (the fact i actually wrote my feelings down like a note makes things more focussed)
i wouldn't say it's a replacement for my journal- my journal is still important to me, vbut in note form, your reasons and your plans seem more... how should i say, drawn out- you have more confidence
