I push myself to go do things. My meds are helping. I go, have fun, and then feel much better. I have to push myself every time though.

I've found that I'm similar to WC. I went to the movies last week with my boyfriend and his son. I wasn't even really interested that much in the movie - I felt I needed to get out of the house and spend time with them, too. So I went and it was a healthy experience.

I'm a homebody, though. I have to see my general doctor late this afternoon. I wish it was earlier...I just want to get it over with. It's not anxiety so much as to the appt...it's more the going out part. But it's rarely as bad as I think it will be.
