I'm sure you'll be ok.

You know, it's pretty normal to worry about those sorts of things when going to college. That might sound like an unhelpful thing to say but...

I know first hand how much the worrying sucks, but in a way I find it makes me more prepared for these eventualities... as I do my best to avoid them happening!

Plus... let's be honest, why do these things have to be negative experiences? Anxiety disorders have this way of making you think these things will be 100x worse than they will.

I think basically everyone gets a little lost at uni/college the first time there... it's usually just a case of following other people or asking someone for directions. It's strange how much easier it is to strike up a conversation with someone when there is something you are worrying about more than talking to a stranger!

Also if it came down to it, there are lots of people that fail classes. That's just part of life. There might be a good reason, there might not but I can assure you there are lots of people who do resits. It might be different in the US, but over here it doesn't affect your final grade or anything.

College is about learning life lessons as much as anything else. The great thing about though is there are lots of other people doing it all at the same time!
