I will eat chicken or turkey about once per week, otherwise I do not eat meat.

The exception is game meat. If I am at a restaurant that serves fresh venison, bison, moose, so forth, then I will happily eat it. Has to be fresh, however, and local. The best game meat I have ever had was out in Banff (Alberta, Canada). I have not found many places south of the border to eat game meat but I have only been to major cities.

It isn't really about ethics or morals for me. I simply don't really care for red meat, I don't eat pork or shellfish for religious reasons, never liked fish, but from a relatively young age I was exposed to game meat and found a liking for it.
