I'm the same way about addressing problems I have. By the time I feel ready to mention anything I'll realize I should have said it way sooner and then will continue to keep it to myself so I don't look stupid or inconvenience them.

Back to the topic, the left corner of my mouth twitches sometimes when I'm super stressed out so I'd probably say yours is related to stress or anxiety as well. I freak out when I get eye twitches so I totally get how you're feeling and suggest you do try to bring it up to a professional if you can. Wish you the best, Genny!
