Thank you my daughter and I are very close. I think she's scared, understandably so. I'm going to take her to another family session and we are going to go from there. My therapist identified her bipolar seed so I think that's the best chance we have. Her doctor, one hour one day a week therapy and substance abuse counseling, one 30 min session with a pediatric psychiatrist have all been fails. My daughter does not have a learning disability. I had her assessed in 4th grade and requested subsequent reassessments in middle school and high school. She does have a mood disorder NOS. She's not depressed. She has manic phases too.
