Ok then the women with bipolar that act self centered have something else in addition to bipolar . I apologize. My ex has a dx of bipolar and ASPD and NPD traits recognized by two of my therapists. My daughter is very empathetic. In fact she was concerned I was upset by the incompetence of the pediatric psychiatrist . Since you said this about empathy then it definitely affirms that she may have bipolar. Thank you.
