I understand how you feel....I suffer from social phobia....anxiety) it is an uncomfortable thing to have...i make big deals out of situations just out of fear of meeting new people or being around people i do not know...i do alot of things to try to relax and not be so anxious and nervous...i do breathing exercises and also take kava kava from time to time...but i have found that when i stay away from caffeine and lots of sugar my anxiety is not so bad...plus i try to eat as healthy as possible...good ole milk can help out alot ....it always helps me relax....
