Hi, I think with anything that is personal, discretion is in order. For example some might weaponize this information and use it against you.

I only tells those ppl who are supportive of me in general (about my issues) or I have a responsibility to. Make a short list and review the pros and cons with a T also might be a good idea...keeping in mind why they need to know

I am about to get a diagnosis on a few things myself so I will be doing all of the above soon. - Cheers
