Maybe try a Tai Chi dvd. Walking is also good.
Watch what you eat but don't go crazy head counting chips or weighting out stuff. Start small making sure you eat three mostly health meals, or more frequent smaller meals. Maybe adding in a health snack on the nibbly times. Or just putting chips into a bowl so you only eat a bit and not the whole bag (my downfall) Anyway start small don't over haul every thing at once pick one thing and work on it. For me that was eating breakfast and not just drinking coffee and calling it good. Think of it as a reno on a house our living in, your going to work one room at a time. So try one habit at a time.
