gtrplayer it's very easy for you to say. I have lived with this for over 30 years by wearing a mask, I have to deal with this in the way my pdoc teaches me, that is by coming to terms with the abuse, learning to cope with it and it will take a long time. wouldn't life be easy if we could all focus on our gifts and forget the stress. I'm well aware that it wont go away on its own thankyou. I am trying very very hard to get through this, I know there are people worse off than me, I am here for support, I am here to get better, I am here to talk to others who have been what I've been through, without wanting to offend, unless you know what you are talking about butt out.

I don't like being told 'get over it'. Why don't you go read a book on survivors of sexual and emotional abuse then come back when you know what you are talking about. Jinny
