I'm not aware of a limit. I have multiple diagnoses. I found a competent psychiatrist who conducted a thorough physical and mental evaluation. He arrived at diagnoses and he also sent me to a neuropsychologist for full evaluation for a second opinion (same results). Upon being diagnosed, pdoc and I work together on treating symptoms although the initial diagnostic process was critical for me. It gave us a foundation for my treatment including determining what type of therapy is best. I hope this helps. Take care.
