*We're here because we're kind of worried that we might end up mentally fusing back together again. It's happened a couple of times and we usually sit there wondering what happened? We wonder why we fused again and we end up getting this empty feeling and we sort of wait it out until we each start talking again.
***Oh God? What do I even say? This is crazy that we're actually here on a forum wondering how the other folks end up doing it. For the longest while, we thought that we didn't need to look into this sort of thing because we thought that we could handle it on our own. I wouldn't even be typing this fast if "**" didn't have the office skills for it. Would I even be able to do this sort of thing on my own? I guess what we're trying to get at is if any of you folks worry about losing each other? We're all the same age and male.
wondering if maybe its different alters then the same one..

reason i ask is that ...in my location... with dissociative type alters once integrated merged together they do not un integrate again for no reason. usually when integrated alters separate its due to extreme trauma related to what that alters sense of agency (job, purpose reason for being created, who and what they are, how much control they have and such) here in my location dissociative type alters dont unmerge just because they like each other, are friends with each other. in fact the diagnostics for dissociative disorders to be diagnosed at all the alters can not be the kind that are fantasy friends/ invisible friends kind of thing that comes with other mental disorders and normal situations.

given what my location goes by for what dissociative type alters are and all that Im wondering if rather than the same alters constantly coming and going if either these are a different group of alters making their self known after the others merged or if there is ongoing extreme trauma such as abuse of any kind still going on in your life

(I say abuse only because in my location dissociative type alters are created in very young children under the age of 5 due to extreme abuse type trauma such as extreme emotional, physical or sexual abuse then depending upon how ones internal system is comprised come mentally and chronologically evolve as the child does into adulthood, ....

other locations outside the USA may have other standards and beliefs on what and how dissociative type alters are created)
