Thanks everyone.
The IOP is going really well, but it's tiring, even though it's only 1/2 days - it's intense.
I had my first aftercare session at the residential rehab last night, and it was good. It's a small group, only 8 of us, all women, and it runs for a year. I expect it will be good support.
