At work I sometimes clean the restrooms. There is the tampon receptacle in each stall and you put a waxpaper bag in there. Another person on a different shift-pretty sure I know who-has only been putting in the bags without opening them. The users of the restroom won't of course open them but put used tampons as well as fecal containing toilet paper and underwear in there. This then gets on the walls of the receptacle box which now has to be cleaned. Very smelly, messy, dirty. Normally you just reach in there with hygienic gloves and take out the wax bag. The management has been told of this a few times but I doubt anything at all was said to the offending person-because I know these people and know how they operate. My question is what would you do? There can be no other reason than incompetence/laziness by the other shift r r cleaner. I left a note on the board saying 'open the wax bags jerk off'. It will be the weekend before I find out anything.
