Thank you so much! I had a therapist but she left and they haven't hired another one yet. So it's unlikely Ill see one for a few months. Even if I was seeing one I wanted to reach out and find someone else that dealt with this.

I agree the the psychiatrists dont really help you deal with things like therapists, but mine at least diagnosed me and got me on meds that helped tremendously.
