Maybe the following is an example from my therapy of such consistency. Whenever I first walk into T's office, he opens up his fridge and hands me a bottle of water. I love how he knows that is what I want and gives it to me without asking. That consistency is indeed very comforting. It makes me feel like he knows me and what I need. I guess it is part of our frame.
