My pdoc is very interested in helping me sleep better without the use of meds. He suggested doing some sort of craft up to a half hour before I go to bed. Tonight was the 1st night I tried it-- I broke out my needlepoint project (been working on it since I was 19-- 26 now, lol) and did it for a half hour. I have to say it was very relaxing. It took a bit of a push for me to try this because I have been depressed and don't feel like doing anything when I get home from work and school. Well now I'm off to bed so here's hoping I needleworked myself into a wonderful night of sleep. Goodnight all.
