It is usually painfully obvious to me that the great feelings I have are a byproduct of being hypo when my friends all tell me to slow the ****down. I do enjoy my periods of Hypomania when they happen, but I will address it with my doctor when I become aware. My full blown mania is not all that enjoyable when I see it through the eyes of my children.
