Allowing yourself to go grey/silver/white is not letting oneself go. It's just a personal choice.
I'm 46 and I'm only grey at the temples and where my hairline meets my forehead, but I like the way it looks. I'm proud of my grey/white hairs, I feel I've earned them. I don't want to look 30 forever. I want to look my age.
I think taking care of your health and looking well, but not fussing so much about looking young is considered aging gracefully.
If a man lets his hair go grey, why does no one consider he's let himself go? Or do they?
