Honestly? I have no idea whether she has a personality disorder or not. I don't think anyone here can answer that question for you.

What I do know is, she is immature, dysfunctional, and completely not worth spending a second more of your time on.

I hope for your own sake that you are no longer in contact with this girl, and I hope you'll tell her to go do one if/when she decides to contact you in the future.
