Great idea. Perhaps one of the bridesmaids that is single. Many women don't like going to weddings without a date.
If there's another bridesmaid that has a partner....do a double date.
All that said, why are you concerned about having a date? I didn't know guys cared ... they just find a date when they are there? No? I've been to many Florida weddings and it's OK for a guy to "meet" a girl there. I worded that awkwardly. But someone you hit it off with, dance with, have fun, etc. That is where the bride might have single friends and you can ask to sit by them. With the bridal party.
