When my T and I terminated last May, she gave me the name of another therapist she thought I would like. I googled her (as one does ) and found her linked in profile. I made a linked in account so that I could view her reviews and whatnot, then decided to hold off on therapy with a new T until I was ready.
Yesterday I decided I was ready to go back to therapy and was ABOUT TO make an appointment with this T who had been recommended to me. But first I got a random urge to check linked in, and I had a notification that the new/potential T had checked out my profile!! ...Which means that she must have received a notification when I checked out her profile!
Now I am nervous. I didn't make the appointment. I feel pretty sure she would recognize my name and know I googled her! I am very anxious about that. Do you guys think it's weird?

TLDR a potential therapist knows I googled her and creeped on her linked in and now I am afraid to schedule an appointment with her!
