You should probably tell her about feeling pressured into this. My last therapist did the same thing and it caused a psychotic break and in turn, I ended up in a hospital. I haven't seen a therapist since because of that. Don't push yourself into anything. Tell her that this needs to be handled at your own pace. Try another session, if she listens and respects your wishes, try a couple more. It's not a "one fits all" sort of subject. If you need to find a different therapist you should do so. You deserve the best treatment you can get.
