My hospital has an exercise bike available and they encourage use. They also have a Wii Fit, yoga mats, exercise DVDs, etc. It's pretty nice. They used to have junky snacks but now most of the snacks are really healthy as well. My first admission they had sugary sodas; now they don't even have diet except for ginger ale you have to ask for. I still gain weight fairly easily in there though; in February I didn't but I made sure I had at least 2 servings of vegetables per meal and I ate those first.
It didn't matter much though; as soon as clozaril hits my bloodstream every night I'm starving until I fall asleep. My current project is finding a way to make smoothies with spinach, fruit and Greek yogurt that are filling enough I don't need snacks in the evening.
