My dreams have always been vivid. Lately, and since my diagnosis, I sometimes have trouble discerning between what happened and what I dreamed. Is this something that is part of BPD or is this another form of losing my mind.
Does anyone know whether there are ways to use dreams or sleep to help manage BPD? I wish sometimes someone could rewire my brain and just start over.
I also wondered what people thought about the importance of what we dream about. I am constantly seeking (and begging) for answers. Could they be coming through these vivid dreams and I'm missing the point? Does anyone know how I can have my dreams interpreted?
Final question: is there a way to stop my feeling of disconnect or that I'm in a dream when I am awake?
