So, recently, I ran out of money and drugs for three days. It was not a good three days. I now have cannabis, but am trying to use this opportunity to set some rules around my use. I have yhree rules set out, but it's the first night and I'm struggling already.
Anyone else done this or have any advice? Does it get easier after a period of time. Can doing this really help me cut back and eventually quit?
Any advice, experiences and support would be greatly appreciated x

I'm a daily smoker too. Although I haven't attempted to quit, I have tried to cut down. I too tried to set some rules around my use. E.g no smoking before 420pm haha, no smoking on work nights etc.
I've been doing great at not smoking during the day but still find myself smoking most nights.
Best of luck
