Does anyone else worry about *everything*?
I hear a plane overhead and I think its going to crash on me...I go for a walk and I think I am going to get attacked...I just got pierced and I am so scared of it getting infected and losing my lip...I always think my house will get broken into...
Gah. An endless list.

I also have schizophrenia, so that might account for the paranoia.
