I get a headache if I don't wear ear plugs to a concert.

I was 10 years old when my parents brought me to some stupid American Idol concert that I never wanted to go to. I had no ear plugs and I got a massive headache that made me nauseous. Then my parents, being the idiots they are, told me to suck it up or leave, so I left. Then they freaked out because they didn't think I would leave, and then they had to to go find me.

I've had ear surgery in the past, so anything loud hurts my ears and gives me a headache -- hence earplugs.

I don't think it's weird to wear ear plugs.
