So, I went to see Billy Joel in concert last night at Wrigley Field. This is the first concert I've attended since my diagnosis and I'm not sure if it's the meds or just a sign/symptom of BP2, but the noise level was really getting to me. I found myself having to just walk away a few times to get away from it all. This makes me sad and angry because I love going to concerts. Anyone have any thoughts or experience with this sort of thing? I guess I could always bring ear plugs, but then I'm afraid people will question me as to why I'm at a concert with ear plugs. Ugh.
