Can you make a list of all the nice things people have said about you (maybe add a few of your own if you can) and look at it regularly, especially if feeling a bit low.
Also, just try to do one thing at a time. Maybe list your priorities while you're feeling better
(Eg shower, cook, study tasks and so on) so when things feel more difficult it can help you make a list and work through in order.
I have to do that because of my physical health so I shower certain days and quickly wash the essential parts other days and may take shortcuts on cooking for my husband other times. Sometimes cleaning or tidying the house is a legitimate thing to postpone if it means I can do something else I need to do.
If you have thought about it it's easier not to criticise yourself when you're short of time or energy.
